welcome back. ah. ifeel like posting. how come when I write something, the next day I look at it it seems like crap? all across the board. well besides that crap.... life is okay. i'm happy in vancouver. I do have close friends in vancouver. that shoot w/ cecily was awesome. I do miss minh & jason though... it's been a while. but I can't deny hanging out with charmi has been fun. i've typued her name in my PDA enough so that it recognizes the name. I still feel really detatched from the people @ clark... I don't care too much. I guess i'm just one of the guys that screwed up the first time around, working a job & going to school against everyone else who's made the same mistake. but there's opportunity. i'm studying hard, and I look forward to fridays eventhough she's home by ten...... I still live my katamari lifestyle... and I am not reallly here right noe... |

so i hop on a computer at the computer lab. wasn't even trying to sit by a girl this time... and 2 seats away... and i notice she's my type. yaknow.... so. i can tell she's an exchange student, frustrated because she's using microsoft word. i make a move, FINALLY! "nihonju deska?" (are you japanese?) she gets surprised. and we start talking, but she's embarrased of her broken english... (at this point, i know i so should not be doing this.) i say, i'm Matt. she says, "i'm Ayumi." WOW.... not fair. .... ... .. . but she's cute and i end up correcting the paper she's working on. she was grateful. she's been in the states for 2 months... she's from osaka and i hope i see her on campus again. this probably someone i DON'T want to get in a relationship with... a date would be nice though. :) maybe take a small step back into the dating world. when i got home i wrote a SWEET chorus to this jill scott remix. i'm going to put off my paper till tonight and work on this shit. i see the influences from different rappers coming out in my stuff, but i also see my own style developing within it. |

You know... I HATE MYSPACE. it's the way you have to keep in touch with your friends if you want to. and you can't be honest there. everybody is so fake. it's easier to get friends on livejournal... if you want them. i can keep in touch with my zips homies but that's about it. nobody really responds. and they keep track of the NUBMER of friends you have, the NUMBER of comments you get, there's a place to tell the world how much money you make. it's driven to make you feel like shit. show you how much more others have than you. fuck you girls in the bug eye sunglasses. fuck you people posting pictures of your significant others with supermodel bodies. fuck everyone that doesn't add me back and doesn't respond. fuck everyone who has 6 comments 2 minutes into the day. fuck myspace, but i've been pretty much sucked into it. ...it makes me depressed now, but i can see it being good for networking down the road... see. livejournal you can say how you feel. and feel better. |
